Job Description The IT Service Desk will be the first level technical support and will be supporting our Global clients and their employees. They will also be the internal service desk for our 800+ employees, and will be interacting with our 2nd and 3rd level technical operations team.
Job Qualifications - Must have a Bachelor's/ College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Preferably with 1-4 years experience in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Good English communication skills.
- Must have technical troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Systems, MS Office products and 3rd Party softwares.
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware/ Software, Network and General computer usage.
-Willing to work shifting schedules
