Position Overview The Field Service Engineer (FSE) reports directly to the Field Service supervisors and the Head of Service Operations. The role requires a candidate with strong customer focus orientation and a strong sense of urgency for customer satisfaction. You are responsible for Ensures that the technical aspect of Diebold Nixdorf offers exceptional products and services. Covers both hardware and software troubleshooting and service maintenance within country of its responsibility. Achieves service performance metrics and acts accordingly within our global standard work ethics. Provide professional and excellent service to customers and at times to fellow engineers when required. Maintain cordial relationship with customers, peer and fellow staff. |
| Job Qualifications | Graduate of B.S. Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Engineering, Technical course or its equivalent.
Troubleshooting and technical skills. Willing to travel and do fieldwork, wiling to take training in Manila Self-motivated with positive outlook. Can work independently with minimum supervision. Strong customer focus orientation, and strong sense of urgency for customer satisfaction. Proficient in business communication skills and can handle any type of customers.
