Job Description The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible in completing a variety of task to support daily operations. Your function includes overseeing talent acquisition, manage compensation and benefits and will be responsible in developing and implementing company policies that adhere to standards of the law.
Job Qualifications -Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related course.
- Master's in BS Psychology is a plus.
- Must have at least 3-5 years’ experience working with HR Operations (Corporate experience is a plus).
- Has general knowledge of Various Employment laws, Practices and Legal compliance.
- Experience in Resource Forecasting and Planning
- Knowledgeable in Compensation and Benefits.
- Working knowledge of HR processes such as Talent Acquisition and Management, Organizational Structure, Workforce planning, Performance Management, Team development, Culture Management, Employee Relations, Discipline & Discharge, Learning Management.
- Develop HR strategies and Implement policies and initiatives.
- Manages Compensation & Salary strategy. Recommend, planning, and implementing Salary Structure.
