PEAK Outsourcing evolved from a concept that set out to better the experience and client expectations when outsourcing to the third-largest English-speaking country in the world, the Philippines. We were once a client, so we know what it is like and we understand the fears of having a working and financial relationship with someone overseas. PEAK Outsourcing, like many other business process outsourcing (BPOs) companies and call centers in the Philippines, offer well-educated, English- and other-language speaking, customer service-oriented employees. What differentiates PEAK Outsourcing from all the others is that it is owned and operated by Americans with highly qualified Filipino managers and staff who have a grasp on western business culture and customer expectations. We raised the bar for the outsourcing industry. Our managers successfully completed our management training, teaching our employees best practices, cultural differences, and and the ability to know how to truly better service our clients worldwide. Additionally, all of our agents have passed strenuous tests to prove written and verbal language(s) ability, comprehension, and various skill sets needed for each particular task. We took the time to develop this in order to meet our overall object of truly making outsourcing better for both company and client.

1. Providing leadership, influencing and motivating a diverse team, resolving problems and organizing priorities.
2. Monitor team performance, ensure team members' development through mentoring, coaching and setting action plans.
3. Ensure a high level of technical knowledge within the customer services and records management team members as evidenced through the turnaround time of issues and the ability of the team to resolve issues independently.
4. Ensure that tasks are completed effectively, efficiently, at a high quality and in accordance with agreed timeframes.
5. Develop and promote both a strong customer and high quality service orientation within
the team and in both locations.
• Bachelor's Degree (Medical Course is a plus)
• 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience in starting a new team/new processes in the BPO industry is a must
• Preferably with medical records background
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Amenable to work on a night shift
• Willing to work in Dumaguete
