| Job Description | The Accounting Clerk shall provide support to the Accounting Officer by means of performing several minor Accounting/finance tasks such as but not limited to bookkeeping, financial documentation and reconciliation, budget tracking. The Accounting clerk will also liaise in other financial institution and agencies. She may also perform other tasks that will be assigned to him/her by the immediate supervisor/Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide aid and support to the Accounting Officer/Accounting Department • Perform data entry, records keeping and filing of Accounting documentation on a day to day basis. • Perform basic bookkeeping and accounts payable tasks. • Perform general accounting task and administrative tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager. |
| Job Qualifications | QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of any 4-year course equivalent to Accountancy/Finance/ Business Administration. • Must be knowledgeable of basic accounting principles and ethics. • Quick learner, can handle pressure, diligent and can easily adapt to work environment • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experienced applicants are highly appreciated |
