BGComm currently operates from two delivery centers in the Philippines; Manila and Dumaguete. While our Dumaguete site is our flagship center with a capacity to hold 5,000 FTEs, running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, our Manila center is a strategic site that provides an optional center for our clients that wants to be in the heart of Manila. Both sites serve as BCPs.
Job Description Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required. Adhering to regulatory standards Managing employee complaints. Liaising between employees and management. Responsibilities will include developing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records. Work with management to administer employee discipline or corrective action when needed. Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. Assess employee engagement and retention, and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas. Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa Decide on reward and promotion based on performance. Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner. Conduct exit interview and new employee orientations Process paperwork’s May perform additional duties and responsibilities, and assist with special projects, as assigned
Job Qualifications Strong communication skills both written & Verbal
Basic knowledge in Compben and Employee relations
Proficient in Microsoft application
At least 3 - 6 months HR experience
With Call center experience
Basic knowledge of Labor laws
At least college degree
Can start ASAP
